Upon receiving your completed registration and payment of registration fee, Register Confirmation Email will be sent to you.
Please note that the Register Confirmation Email must be retained to receive forum entrance badges.

JATA Tourism Forum is open to all individuals who work in, or are interested in, tourism-related businesses.

Cancellation and Refunds for the program
* Written notification to JATA Tourism Forum 2011 Registration Desk by e-mail or fax is required for cancellations.
* Refund will be made as follows, depending on the date when notification of cancellation reaches the Registraion Desk.

* Payment of refunds will be made after JATA Tourism Forum & Travel Showcase is over.
* Bank handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
* No refund will be paid after Sep 4 when applying only for the seminar or symposia.

Visas
- Participants are responsible for obtaining the required visas or entry permits, and making all other necessary arrangements to enter Japan.

JATA WTF official hotel accommodations are available exclusively for the use of JATA Tourism Forum delegates and JATA World Travel Fair exhibitors.
